Responsibilities
a. Responsible for PR, Sales and Marketing activities concerning overall UBM Sinoexpo exhibition businesses;
b. Develop and train international marketing assistants in the project teams;
c. Build promotional strategies and roll out related communication campaigns for visitor and exhibitor promotion;
d. Build and maintain agent network worldwide, ensure sales activities of agents and oversee billing;
e. Stage press conferences in Europe and USA;
f. Manage relationships with trade offices and stakeholders of the shows;
g. Ensure communication with related UBM offices worldwide; and
h. Research new cooperation opportunities with show organizers in Europe.
Requirements
a. Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines;
b. 5 years of solid experience in international sales and marketing, at least 2 years' managerial experience with exhibition background;
c. Hands-on practice in account & marketing management;
d. Excellent command of English and other European/Chinese language will be an advantage;
e. Mature, fast paced and result-oriented; able to work under pressure; and
f. A great team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
